To meet these goals, NewDawn-ES designed and deployed a robust 15.0 kW solar PV system using Canadian Solar panels, mounted on a high-performance Kinetic Solar racking system. These components were chosen for their proven durability and performance in urban rooftop conditions.
For power conversion and optimization, the system integrates a combination of:
- Schneider hybrid inverters
- Advanced charge controllers
- Tigo optimizers
This combination ensures maximum energy efficiency and seamless energy management, even during variable weather conditions.
Energy Storage Integration
The system includes a 40 kWh Pylontech lithium-ion battery storage solution, providing ample capacity to meet daily household consumption while enabling true off-grid functionality. The storage solution is fully scalable, offering flexibility for future energy expansion.

The solar-plus-storage system now powers the entire home, including:
- Heating and cooling through modern heat pumps
- Charging for an electric vehicle
